Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light, rhythmic therapy designed to support the body's natural detoxification and healing processes. By encouraging the movement of lymph fluid, this treatment helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and restore balance. MLD is especially beneficial for immune health as well as after surgery--including cosmetic and plastic procedures--helping to decrease inflammation, minimize fluid retention, and support an accelerated, smoother, and more comfortable recovery.
Relaxing Massage
A full body, therapeutic massage designed to calm the nervous system while gently addressing, flowing techniques with moderate pressure. This session promotes relaxation, improves circulation and supports overall balance in the body. Gentle massage cupping may be incorporated as needed to release tension and relax the nervous system.
Signature Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue)
Focused, therapeutic work designed to release deep tension and restore function--using precise techniques such as trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy rather than just excessive pressure. Cupping (myofascial decompression) as well as Scraping (IASTM) may also be incorporated to support deeper release, breaking up scar tissue and improving circulation.
Cupping (Myofascial Decompression)
Massage cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses gentle suction to lift and decompress soft tissue, helping release deep muscle tension, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow. It can be especially effective for chronic tightness, adhesions and areas that feel stuck or restricted.
-The marks are not bruises
-They can range from light pink to dark purple depending on tension in that area.
-They usually fade within a few days to a week but can last longer if the marks are darker or depending on the person.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Therapeutic prenatal massage designed for all stages of pregnancy to relieve tension, reduce pain, and support your changing body. We use safe targeted techniques to work hips, low back, shoulders, feet, and legs. Each session is customized to improve mobility and comfort. Gentle acupressure may be included at appropriate times and as desired to support optimal fetal positioning and to encourage the body's natural readiness for labor.
IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
IASTM or Scraping, is a soft tissue technique that uses tools to glide over the skin, helping to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural recovery processes. It's especially helpful for areas of chronic tightness, old injuries and scar tissue. This treatment may also be used as part of a wellness-focused session when the body feels run down, encouraging relaxation and overall balance. Redness, similar to that of cupping is normal and typically fades within a few days.
